HOSPICE HOME OF JOHNSON COUNTY
Picture
We would like to thank the Community Foundation of Johnson County for helping us further our mission by providing us grants three consecutive years. The first year, we received a grant towards the purchase of the house and the last two years, we were able to use the funds to provide care for low income families who could not afford to otherwise come to the house. The grants were made possible by the Nowak Family through the Community Foundation.
